What is SET Planning

  • Senior Education and Training Plan for Students
  • Assists student to map individual learning plan in the Senior Phase of Learning
  • Plan completed in OneSchool

Book Your SETP Meeting

  1. Go to SOBS website
  2. Find Your Mentor
  3. Book an appointment

What happens at the SET Planning Meeting

  1. Mentors will meet with Student and Parent/Carer.
  2. The purpose and expectations of senior schooling will be discussed.
  3. Students' career pathway, career aspirations, subject results and subject choices will be discussed and aligned.
  4. Students will choose their senior subjects and these will be entered into Onechool.

Preparing for the SET Planning Meeting

  1. Discuss with your child their interests and career aspirations
  2. Make sure your child has completed their OneSchool Careers Plan2.1. How to log onto 'OneSchool'
  3. Going to onto 'My Path' is also good preparation
